My experience was awesome, I enjoyed adding all the kids on there and they made it look nice. I did hope the delivery was quicker but it’s surely worth the wait and my dad liked it. It’s nicely carved and just the right size for shelves or the nightstand.

The item came in very good shape. The support team helped me well. The one thing I would change is the inner bits being kind of tiny. It's hard to see the leters on them.

It’s nice but quite tiny. I can fit it in my palm easily. Yes, shipping takes a really long time, but they updated me on the progress through email.

The products are crafted well and packed in a cardboard box. It arrived all dented, but the contents were fine.

I gave them a poor review at first, and honestly, this one isn't much different. They promised delivery by Christmas, but I placed my order on December 5th, and it didn't show up until December 27th. (order #FC17758229 was made on Dec 5). The product looked fine, but the timing was a mess. I won't be using them again.

The product is as described. It was a gift for a family member but took almost a month to arrive and unfortunately was late for her event. Despite being a U.S. company, the item had to be shipped from China. It would have been helpful to know about the long shipping time. If you have patience, then it's worth buying.

Well the bad.. The ad I answered said it would be here by Valentine's Day..I ordered on Feb 1st...it came on Feb.28th..when I contacted them ..the email said it takes 3-4 weeks..and I wish I knew..now the good...it is beautiful..

It took quite a while, and I only got 1 box, which didn’t have the paper in it. I paid for both boxes. I don’t need you to send me the second one. With that in mind, I think I won't be using your comany again.

Took quite a while, these are little, around 4 inches high. The text is clear enogh. Not really worth the cost.
