Man, ordering and paying was like – no fuss, no muss. But, uh-oh, hit a snag with the goods. Quick call to the office, and boom, a lovely lady with a sense of humor swoops in and sorts it out like a superhero. Crisis averted. With that kind of customer service, I'd totally hit that order button again. Easy peasy and a dash of humor – that's how it should be!

Shoutout to Bulky Darts, especially Danny! Emailed them about fixing up my partner's darts, and man, Danny was on it like lightning. Kept me looped in from the get-go. Sent them on a Thursday, and bam, back home safe and sound by Saturday with a fancy signed-for delivery. Bulky Darts, you nailed it! Top-notch job, and the price? Totally worth it.

Excellent service once again
Excellent service once again, dart mat arrived promptly next day. The quality is good, and it adds a nice touch to my garage. However, it emits a strong rubber smell, which might be a concern for indoor use. Hopefully, the smell will dissipate over time.
